Green4Green Rewards Program Terms and Conditions

Green4Green's point rewards program is intended to encourage people to register in the network, invite their friends and compatriots, and become active on the site.

By joining Green4Green, you automatically agree to the following Terms and Conditions:

1. Members must be 18 or older to redeem their shadow stock.
2. All members must adhere to Green4Green's community guidelines.
3. Green4Green reserves the right to review all member behavior and content submitted.
4. Members must have uploaded a unique profile photo and completed 100% of their profile.
5. You can receive reward points for inviting others to join Green4Green, but you must invite them though the site's invite page so your activity can be tracked.
6. Green4Green does not guarantee future shadow stock value, and points have no monetary value until they are redeemed.
7. The rewards program is intended to encourage honesty! So, Green4Green reserves the right to delete content and associated points for spam or inappropriateness. If it is determined that you’ve posted content that is pointless, unrelated to the topic, offensive, or judged to be spam, it may be deleted and the associated points you "earned" for that action negated. Content owners also have the right to notify Green4Green to have other members' comments deleted if they have simply been copied and re-pasted as original content. Furthermore, you may also be penalized with further point loss depending on the offense. Don't abuse the system! If we discover you have been doing this, you may be banned and you will not be eligible to redeem any points you have accumulated.
8. While you are allowed to have multiple profiles on Green4Green, only one account per member is qualified to redeem stock. Don't invite yourself to join in order to earn bonus points because if discovered, you may be banned. You will be credited with the account that has the greatest number of points, not for the aggregate number of points from all your accounts.
9. Green4Green reserves the right to modify or terminate the Rewards Program and the Points for Stock Redemption Program at any time.
10. Whether or not you actively participate in Green4Green’s Rewards Program, you hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless Green4Green, its subsidiaries, affiliates, successors and assigns and their respective officers, principals, employees, shareholders, consultants, directors and agents from and against any and all losses, liabilities, claims, damages, costs, penalties, fines, and expenses, including, without limitation, reasonable attorneys’ fees and any and all expenses reasonably incurred in investigating, preparing or defending any action, suit or proceeding, commenced or threatened and for consultants and advisors regarding preservation of value of points, redemptions, and shadow stock.
11. Remember: the points program is only an incentive - the real reward is the community, how you participate in it, and what you make of the opportunities it offers!
